The Principal

Visvodaya Society, established in the year 1952, is one of the oldest societies in the state and the country, established with the sole motto of serving the society through education. True to its motto, Visvodaya Society has established several schools and colleges during the last fifty years which have produced luminaries in various walks of life. The establishment of PBRVITS in the year 1998 and with its success in producing quality engineering graduates, Visvodaya society has once again seized the opportunity thrown upon to establish yet another Engineering College in the year 2008 aptly christened Visvodaya Engineering College (VEC) in a sprawling campus of 13 acres. VEC boasts of excellent buildings with architecture that provides the finest ambience for engineering education. I am extremely confident that VEC shall move in the path shown by its Founder Dr. Dodla Ramachandra Reddy and the Correspondent Shri. D. Vidhyadhara Kumar Reddy. With their active support and cooperation, we have been highly successful in roping in some of the best academicians on board the VEC family. Though the institute is in its infancy, the infrastructure already provided and that planned for the near future is an inspiration for any one to emulate. I am sure the commitment and dedication of the both the teaching and non-teaching staff of VEC in ensuring the best possible care and support for every child of the VEC family shall go a long way in carving a niche for itself in engineering education. I appreciate the students of VEC for having taken one of the best decisions in their quest for knowledge in choosing Visvodaya Engineering College. Prof. M. Srimurali.
